What is acroyoga?
Acroyoga is a practice that blends elements of yoga, acrobatics and Thai massage, using intuitive exchange to achieve psychophysical balance within the couple. The axiom translates into working groups of three elements: the base, the one who gives security and stability by supporting the partner, the flyer or agile, the subject who flies acrobatically drawing yoghist figures and the spotter, the director and the person who gives he supervises and directs the performance.
The whole body is called to work on different levels of movement, in synergy with physical aspect, balance, interaction and cohesion with one’s partners, in a dynamic unity of purpose that helps to develop and harmonize self-esteem and the level of confidence in oneself and in others. AcroYoga trains to govern self-control and helps perfect the ability to adapt to change with serenity. You will walk that fine line between perseverance and non-attachment.

Why should you approach this discipline?
To refine your mental and physical balance, harmonize your figure, improve muscle elasticity, increase concentration and awareness, to cultivate trust in yourselves and in others. Acroyoga develops the ability to work with a wide variety of people, the ability to give and receive, support and be supported, opening oneself to others. Practitioners will be attracted by the ease of interacting in group work, savouring the three greatest joys of this discipline: unity of purpose, desire to play while having fun, contact as a new form of dialogue.
Inspired by pure joy and relentless vivacity, our teachers aim to prepare your mind and body in a way that helps you express your authentic inner self, while feeling more complete, functional and free. Acroyoga itself is a practice that focuses on developing the fundamental characteristics necessary for movement, such as balance, strength, dynamism, precision, awareness of space and creative vision. For us it is a discipline of self-improvement at all levels, an art that reveals its physical and mental limits to its practitioners, while offering at the same time a method to overcome them through communication and continuous exchange with each other.
Dana and Guido are both certified teachers, eager to help you start flying, convinced that Acroyoga will give you the same thing it brought into their lives: the same enthusiasm we had as children, when we took ourselves less seriously by playing happily with other people.
Come and play with us!
